SIR.TESS. projects and produces fabrics for over 30 years.
It had begin its activity as producer for other firms, as time goes by and introducing new machines , today it can offer to own customers a wide range of products for furniture, decoration and clothing.
Production ranges from jacquard to plain fabrics, from plain velvet to cut uncut velvet (epinglè) with modern or classic patterns.
The experience and passion for this work make us able to have flexibility and dynamism so that we can quickly supply our customers demand, so to be able always to show actual fabrics. |
THE PRODUCTION
Thank to the looms put inside the firm, we are able, starting from dyed yarns, to arrive in a complete autonomy to the finished fabrics.
Production stages and how:
- Planning
- Winding
- Warping
- Knoting
- Weaving
- Shearing
All these production stages have done inside of the plant, so to contain price and offer competitivity and quality in our fabrics.
Our production can be devide in:
Jacquard fabrics: available in single (140 cm) or double (280 cm) height, with 66 or 34 yarns/centimeter and repeat till 72 cm.
Plain fabrics: available in single (140 cm) or double (280 cm) height with variable densities in conformity with the fabrics to realize.
Plain velvet: available in 150 cm. height
Cut uncut velvet (epinglè): available in 140 cm. height, 54 yarns/centimeter ground warp, 27 yarns/centimeter for pile and repeat till 72 cm.
